Bronze PlanThis $1500 package includes 2 in-depth prenatal appointments, unlimited hours of birth support, and a two hour postpartum visit. I recommend this package to clients who have already experienced childbirth before, have a good understanding of birth, and know my role well.

Silver PlanThis $1600 package includes 3 in-depth prenatal appointments, unlimited hours of birth support, and a 2 hour postpartum visit. I recommend this package to first time parents, moms trying to achieve a VBAC(vaginal birth after cesarean) or those who want to learn more about natural childbirth, and how they can achieve it.

What do prenatal visits, labor support, and postpartum appointments look like?
The following features are included in all of my birth packages. I am always happy to arrange packages that fit your family and I accept payment plans. I understand tight family budgets, so please do not let price discourage you. Discounted services for military and foster families. Prenatal VisitsI offer in home prenatal visits for each client because I believe meeting before the birth is key to understanding and getting to know each other! During these visits, we will talk about the important aspects of birth, put together birth goals, go over childbirth education, practice coping measures, and more. This time together is dedicated to addressing your concerns and learning ways to ride through labor, and achieve a peaceful and joy-filled birth.

Labor SupportThe time has come when you will get to meet your sweet baby! Although this time is exciting, many women become discouraged when labor seems to be prolonged, painful, or not expected. This is where I come in and help keep mama and daddy focused and calm. Keeping the experience positive, calm, joyful, and empowered is a key proponent to my work. With my knowledge and experience in childbirth, and the laboring mother, I can help guide families through the many ins and outs of the birthing process. During labor, I will help the mother achieve her birth goals, offer suggestions on when to transfer to your birthing location after laboring at home with you, labor positioning, and help partners put into practice the coping measures and soothing touch we have learned together during our prenatal visits. As your doula, I will be right there for you and your partner, and will not leave your side until the baby is born.

Postpartum Visit After your sweet baby is born, I will come and visit you not only as a doula, but as a friend. During this time I am able to help with light housework, baby care, breastfeeding help, emotional support, and more. Message me for local Postpartum Doula recommendations if you require additional support.

24/7 On Call SupportFrom the moment you sign my contract, till you have your baby, I will be available 24/7 to answer any of your questions and concerns by phone, text, or email.
